오늘의 질문은 어떻게 정해지나요?

질문은 달력 날짜(월·일)에 고정되어 있습니다. 그래서 1년 뒤 같은 날짜에 같은 질문을 다시 만나고, 그때 작년의 답을 함께 볼 수 있습니다. 질문이 마음에 들지 않으면 오늘 화면에서 질문을 바꿀 수 있습니다(프리셋 중 고르기 · 직접 쓰기 · 광장에서 가져오기).

질문을 바꾸면 예전에 쓴 답도 바뀌나요?

아니요. 이미 쓴 답에는 그날 답했던 질문이 그대로 남습니다. 질문 교체는 앞으로의 날짜에만 적용됩니다.

내 일기는 어디에 저장되나요?

이 iPhone 안에만 저장됩니다. 백업을 켜기 전에는 당사 서버로 아무것도 전송되지 않고, 앱은 서버에 요청 자체를 보내지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 보세요.

지난 날짜의 답을 나중에 쓸 수 있나요?

기록 탭의 달력에서 지난 날짜를 열어 답을 쓰거나 고칠 수 있습니다. 미래 날짜에는 쓸 수 없습니다.

백업은 꼭 켜야 하나요?

아니요. 백업은 기본이 꺼짐이고, 켜지 않아도 앱의 모든 일기 기능이 동작합니다. 다만 백업이 꺼진 상태에서 기기를 잃어버리거나 앱을 지우면 일기를 되찾을 수 없습니다.

백업을 켜면 무엇이 서버로 가나요?

일기 답변 본문, 날짜, 그날의 질문, 날짜별 질문 배정, 광장 질문에 "나만 보기"로 단 답(본문과 그 질문의 스냅샷), 앱 설정입니다. 백업이 켜져 있는 동안에만 전송되며, 쓴 내용은 서버 로그나 오류 메시지 어디에도 남지 않습니다.

새 기기에서 일기를 이어서 쓰려면?

1. 이전 기기에서 설정 › 백업 · 기기 이전에서 백업을 켜고 내 사용자 코드(10자)를 확인합니다. 동기화가 "최신 상태"가 될 때까지 기다립니다.
2. 새 기기에서 같은 화면의 다른 기기에서 가져오기 › 코드 입력에 그 코드를 넣습니다.
3. 새 기기가 그 계정으로 바뀌고 일기를 내려받습니다. 새 기기에만 있던 일기도 함께 보관됩니다.

사용자 코드는 계정에 접근하는 열쇠입니다. 남에게 보여주지 마세요. 코드를 잃어버리면 계정에 이름·이메일이 없어서 당사도 찾아 드릴 수 없습니다. 코드 없이도 돌아오고 싶다면 설정 › 백업 · 기기 이전 › 계정에서 Apple 또는 Google을 연결해 두세요. 새 기기에서는 같은 화면의 Apple로 로그인 · Google로 로그인으로 코드 없이 가져올 수 있습니다. Apple 연결 시에는 "이메일 가리기"를 고를 수 있고, 이름은 받지 않습니다.

백업을 끄고 싶어요. 서버 사본만 지울 수 있나요?

설정 › 백업 · 기기 이전에서 일기 백업을 끄면 서버에 보관된 사본이 즉시 삭제됩니다. 이 기기의 일기는 그대로 남습니다.

계정과 서버의 모든 것을 삭제하려면?

설정 › 백업 · 기기 이전 › 계정 탈퇴. 계정, 사용자 코드, 서버에 저장된 모든 백업이 지워집니다. 이 기기의 일기를 남길지 함께 지울지 고를 수 있습니다. 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 광장에 올린 질문은 자동으로 지워지지 않으니, 남기고 싶지 않다면 탈퇴 전에 광장 › 내 게시물에서 먼저 삭제하세요. 반면 광장에 올린 공개 답은 탈퇴하면 모두 자동으로 삭제되고, 남긴 감정 표현도 함께 지워집니다.

앱만 삭제하면 어떻게 되나요?

이 기기의 일기는 사라집니다. 백업을 켜 두었다면 서버 사본과 계정은 남으므로, 다시 설치한 뒤 사용자 코드로 복원할 수 있습니다. 백업이 꺼져 있었다면 복구할 방법이 없습니다.

광장은 무엇인가요?

다른 사람들이 서로에게 묻고 싶은 질문을 올리는 공간입니다. 마음에 드는 질문을 골라 원하는 날짜의 내 질문으로 가져올 수 있고, 내 질문을 올릴 수도 있습니다. 질문에 답을 달거나 감정 표현을 남길 수도 있습니다. 게시물에는 작성자의 이름이나 식별자가 표시되지 않습니다.

광장에 들어가면 무엇이 생기나요?

광장 탭에 처음 들어갈 때 이름·이메일 없는 익명 계정이 자동으로 만들어집니다. 광장·백업·계정 연결을 쓰지 않으면 계정도 만들어지지 않습니다. 광장 탭에는 광장 목록만 서버에서 받아오며, 일기 내용은 전송되지 않습니다.

질문을 올릴 때 지켜야 할 것이 있나요?

한 줄짜리 질문(4~120자)만 올릴 수 있습니다. 광고·도배, 괴롭힘·욕설, 성적인 내용, 혐오 발언, 개인정보(연락처·링크 포함)는 안 됩니다. 링크나 연락처가 든 질문은 서버가 자동으로 거절합니다. 하루에 5개까지 올릴 수 있습니다. 전체 규칙은 이용약관 제7조에 있습니다.

부적절한 질문을 봤어요. 어떻게 하나요?

질문을 열고 신고하기를 눌러 사유를 고르세요. 신고는 익명이며 작성자에게 전달되지 않습니다. 서로 다른 이용자 3명이 신고하면 그 질문은 자동으로 숨겨지고, 당사가 24시간 이내에 검토하여 규칙 위반 게시물을 삭제합니다. 특정 작성자의 질문을 더 보고 싶지 않다면 작성자 차단을 쓰세요(그 사람의 질문만 숨겨집니다). 급한 사안은 support@hanilsoft.net 로 알려주셔도 됩니다.

내가 올린 질문이 사라졌어요.

광장 › 내 게시물에서 상태를 확인하세요. 신고가 누적되어 숨겨졌거나 규칙 위반으로 삭제됐을 수 있습니다. 숨김·삭제가 잘못됐다고 생각되면 사용자 코드와 함께 support@hanilsoft.net 로 이의를 제기해 주세요.

광장 질문에 답을 달 수 있나요? 누가 보나요?

질문을 열고 이 질문에 답하기를 누르세요. 답할 때마다 공개 범위를 고릅니다.

• 🔒 나만 보기 (기본값) — 이 iPhone에만 저장되고(백업을 켠 경우 사본만 백업에 보관) 광장에는 보이지 않습니다. 저장할 때 서버로 아무것도 보내지 않습니다. 최대 5,000자, 언제든 고칠 수 있습니다. 일기(기록 탭)에는 섞이지 않고 질문 상세와 광장 › ⋯ › 내 활동에서 봅니다.
• 🌐 광장에 공개 — 모든 이용자에게 "익명"으로 보입니다. 2~500자, 줄바꿈 10번까지이며 연락처·링크는 올릴 수 없습니다. 이름은 표시되지 않지만 나를 알아볼 수 있는 내용은 쓰지 마세요.

한 질문에는 답을 하나만 쓸 수 있고, 내 답의 ⋯에서 "광장에 공개하기" 또는 "나만 보기로 바꾸기"로 전환할 수 있습니다. 일기(매일의 답)는 이와 상관없이 공개되지 않습니다.

공개 답을 고치거나 지우고 싶어요.

공개 답은 올린 뒤에는 고칠 수 없습니다. 질문 상세의 내 답 ⋯ 또는 광장 › ⋯ › 내 활동 › 답에서 삭제한 뒤 다시 쓰세요. 신고가 누적되어 숨겨진 답은 내 활동에 숨김 안내와 함께 보이며, 그 질문에는 다시 답할 수 없습니다. 숨겨진 상태에서 지운 답이나 운영자가 제거한 답이 있던 질문에도 다시 답할 수 없습니다.

나만 보기 답도 백업되나요?

설정 › 백업 · 기기 이전에서 백업을 켜 두었다면 나만 보기 답도 일기와 함께 백업되어 새 기기로 옮겨집니다. 백업이 꺼져 있으면 이 iPhone에만 있습니다. 지운 답은 백업에도 본문이 남지 않고, 백업을 끄거나 탈퇴하면 서버의 사본이 삭제됩니다.

감정 표현(❤️ 👍 🤔 🥹 😂)은 무엇인가요?

질문에 남기는 반응입니다. ❤️ 좋아요 · 👍 좋은 질문 · 🤔 생각하게 돼요 · 🥹 뭉클해요 · 😂 재밌어요 중 질문마다 하나를 고를 수 있고, 다른 것을 누르면 바뀌며 같은 것을 다시 누르면 취소됩니다. 종류별 수와 합계만 보이고 누가 남겼는지는 보이지 않습니다. 예전에 누른 좋아요는 ❤️로 옮겨졌습니다.

• 신고 — 사유를 고르면 끝입니다. 신고는 익명이며 작성자에게 전달되지 않습니다. 서로 다른 이용자 3명이 신고하면 그 답은 자동으로 숨겨지고, 당사가 24시간 이내에 검토합니다.
• 이 사람의 답 숨기기 — 그 사람이 쓴 답이 모든 질문의 답 목록에서 보이지 않습니다. 그 사람의 질문은 숨겨지지 않습니다(질문을 숨기려면 질문의 작성자 차단을 쓰세요).

차단이나 답 숨기기를 풀고 싶어요.

광장 › ⋯ › 차단 관리에서 "질문 작성자"와 "답 작성자"를 따로 보고 해제할 수 있습니다. 각 항목은 차단한 날짜로만 표시되고, 상대의 이름이나 식별자는 보이지 않습니다.

가져온 질문은 원본이 지워지면 어떻게 되나요?

가져온 질문은 내 기기의 일기에 사본으로 남습니다. 광장에서 원본이 삭제되거나 숨겨져도 내 일기에는 영향이 없습니다.

광장 탭에 "이 버전에서는 광장을 이용할 수 없어요"라고 나와요.

알림이 오지 않습니다.

iOS 설정 › 알림 › QuestionDiary에서 알림이 허용되어 있는지, 앱의 나 › 설정에서 리마인더가 켜져 있는지 확인하세요. 리마인더는 기기 안에서 예약되는 로컬 알림이라 네트워크가 없어도 동작합니다.

앱 잠금을 켰는데 열 수 없어요.

앱 잠금은 iOS의 Face ID·Touch ID를 씁니다. 인식에 실패하면 기기 암호로 풀 수 있습니다. 생체 인증이 등록되어 있지 않거나 기기 암호가 없는 기기에서는 앱 잠금을 켤 수 없습니다.

광고나 추적이 있나요?

광고는 있고 추적은 없습니다. 앱은 무료이며 기록·광장 탭 하단의 배너와 가끔 뜨는 전면 광고로 운영됩니다. 추적 권한(ATT)을 요청하지 않고 광고 식별자를 쓰지 않아 광고는 비개인화 방식입니다. 오늘 탭과 글쓰기 화면에는 광고가 없습니다. 자세한 항목은 개인정보처리방침 1.6을 보세요.

How is today's question chosen?

Questions are fixed to the calendar date (month and day), so one year later you meet the same question again alongside last year's answer. If a question doesn't suit you, swap it from the Today screen (pick a preset, write your own, or import from the Plaza).

If I swap a question, do past answers change?

No. Every answer keeps the question you actually answered that day. Swaps apply to future dates only.

Where is my diary stored?

Only on this iPhone. Until you turn on Backup, nothing is sent to our server and the app makes no server requests at all. See the Privacy Policy.

Can I answer a past date later?

Yes — open the date from the calendar in the Journal tab. Future dates can't be written.

Do I have to turn Backup on?

No. Backup is off by default and every diary feature works without it. But if your device is lost or the app is deleted while Backup is off, the diary cannot be recovered.

What is sent when Backup is on?

Diary answers, dates, the day's question, per-date question assignments, answers you wrote to Plaza questions as "Only me" (the text and a snapshot of that question), and app settings. Data is sent only while Backup is on, and what you write never appears in server logs or error messages.

How do I continue on a new device?

1. On the old device, turn Backup on in Settings › Backup & device transfer, note your 10-character user code, and wait until the status reads up to date.
2. On the new device, open the same screen, choose Restore from another device › Enter code, and enter the code.
3. The new device switches to that account and downloads your diary. Entries that existed only on the new device are kept too.

The user code is a key to your account. Don't share it. If you lose it, we cannot recover the account because it carries no name or email. To be able to come back without the code, link Apple or Google in Settings › Backup & device transfer › Account; on a new device use Sign in with Apple / Sign in with Google on the same screen. Apple linking lets you choose "Hide My Email"; we never ask for your name.

Can I turn Backup off and delete only the server copy?

Yes. Turning Diary backup off in Settings › Backup & device transfer deletes the server copy immediately. The diary on this device is kept.

How do I delete my account and everything on the server?

Settings › Backup & device transfer › Delete account. This erases the account, user code, and all backups on the server; you choose whether to keep the diary on this device. It cannot be undone. Questions you posted to the Plaza are not deleted automatically, so remove any you don't want to leave behind in Plaza › My posts first. Public answers you posted, on the other hand, are all deleted automatically when you delete your account, along with your reactions.

What if I just delete the app?

The diary on this device is gone. If Backup was on, the server copy and account remain and you can restore with your user code after reinstalling. If Backup was off, there is no way to recover it.

What is the Plaza?

A public space where people post questions they'd like to ask each other. You can import a question you like as your own question for any date, and post your own. You can also answer questions and leave reactions. Posts show no author name or identifier.

What happens when I open the Plaza?

The first time you open the Plaza tab, an anonymous account with no name or email is created automatically. If you never use the Plaza, Backup, or account linking, no account is created. The Plaza only fetches the question list; your diary is never sent.

What are the rules for posting?

One-line questions only (4–120 characters). No advertising or spam, harassment or abuse, sexual content, hate speech, or personal information (including contact details and links — those are rejected automatically). Up to five posts per day. The full rules are in section 5 of the Terms of Service.

I saw an inappropriate question. What do I do?

Open the question and tap Report, then choose a reason. Reports are anonymous and never shown to the author. Reports from three different users hide the question automatically, and we review reports within 24 hours and delete rule-breaking posts. To stop seeing an author's questions, use Block this author (this hides only their questions). For anything urgent, email support@hanilsoft.net.

My question disappeared.

Check its status in Plaza › My posts. It may have been hidden by reports or removed for breaking the rules. If you believe that was a mistake, email support@hanilsoft.net with your user code.

Can I answer a Plaza question? Who sees it?

Open the question and tap Answer this question. You choose who can see each answer.

• 🔒 Only me (default) — saved only on this iPhone (a copy is kept in your backup only if Backup is on) and never shown in the Plaza. Nothing is sent to our server when you save it. Up to 5,000 characters, editable at any time. It isn't mixed into your diary (Journal tab); you'll find it on the question's detail screen and in Plaza › ⋯ › My activity.
• 🌐 Public in the Plaza — visible to all users as "Anonymous". 2–500 characters, up to 10 line breaks; contact details and links aren't allowed. Your name isn't shown, but don't include anything that could identify you.

You can write one answer per question, and switch it with "Post publicly" or "Make private" from ⋯ on your answer. Your diary (your daily answers) is never made public either way.

How do I edit or delete a public answer?

Public answers can't be edited after posting. Delete it from ⋯ on your answer in the question's detail screen, or in Plaza › ⋯ › My activity › Answers, then write it again. An answer hidden after repeated reports shows in My activity with a notice, and you can't answer that question again. You also can't answer a question again if your answer to it was deleted while hidden, or removed by us.

Are only-me answers backed up?

If Backup is on in Settings › Backup & device transfer, only-me answers are backed up with your diary and move to a new device. With Backup off they exist only on this iPhone. A deleted answer leaves no text in the backup, and turning Backup off or deleting your account deletes the server copy.

What are reactions (❤️ 👍 🤔 🥹 😂)?

Responses you leave on a question: ❤️ Love it · 👍 Good question · 🤔 Makes me think · 🥹 Touching · 😂 Fun. You can pick one per question; tapping another switches it, and tapping the same one again removes it. Only per-kind counts and the total are shown — never who reacted. Your earlier likes were moved to ❤️.

I saw an inappropriate answer. What do I do?

On the question's detail screen, tap ⋯ on that answer.

• Report — choose a reason. Reports are anonymous and never shown to the author. Reports from three different users hide the answer automatically, and we review reports within 24 hours.
• Hide this person's answers — answers by that person disappear from the answer lists of every question. Their questions are not hidden (to hide those, use Block this author on a question).

How do I undo a block or an answer hide?

Go to Plaza › ⋯ › Blocked. "Question authors" and "Answer authors" are listed separately, and you can Unblock each. Entries show only the date you blocked; no name or identifier is shown.

What happens to an imported question if the original is deleted?

Imported questions live as a copy in your own diary on your device. Deletion or hiding on the Plaza does not affect it.

The Plaza says it isn't available in this version.

Update to the latest version from the App Store. If it persists, email support@hanilsoft.net with your app version.

I'm not getting notifications.

Check that notifications are allowed in iOS Settings › Notifications › QuestionDiary, and that the reminder is on in the app's Me › Settings. Reminders are local notifications scheduled on the device and work without a network connection.

I turned app lock on and can't get in.

App lock uses Face ID / Touch ID from iOS. If recognition fails you can unlock with your device passcode. App lock can't be enabled on devices without enrolled biometrics or a passcode.

Any ads or tracking?

Ads yes, tracking no. The app is free and supported by banners at the bottom of the Today, Journal and Plaza tabs, a native ad card in Settings, plus occasional interstitials. We never request tracking permission (ATT) or use the advertising identifier, so ads are non-personalised. The Today tab and the editor carry no ads. See section 1.6 of the Privacy Policy for details.
